She didn’t prep my nails at all, so they are obviously already lifting! The next day! Like I had old polish on and natural oils present. I got a full $50 acrylic set including tip and it literally took under 20 minutes. This last time I went (yesterday) will be my last time going. The front desk person is sometimes welcoming. I have never been treated well by the actual technician giving the service. I kept coming because they would do the Almond shape I wanted and I was just lazy looking for alternatives I suppose. I don’t typically leave reviews, but I’m super bummed about my last few experiences here. In the pictures I have attached you can see how this is NOT even close to what I wanted. And I STILL tipped 8 dollars for something I did not want. I will not be coming back because I was not listened to and then for a simple rebase I was charged 50 dollars when everywhere else charges 35 for a rebase. But I thought she just said she can’t? Obviously she could have and just didn’t do it like that. Then when I told her I didn’t like them like that she just told me that she can’t do it how I want and next time when I come she will make sure to do them how I want. She also didn’t even ask if I wanted it square square or square round she automatically started doing square round when I originally had square square and wanted to stick with that. I felt like she was doing it how she wanted not how I wanted it done. I don’t understand why she couldn’t have just reversed it when I have never had issues with an ombre nail before how I WANT the nail. I told her I wanted it the other way and she said she can’t do it because it’s powder. And she put it on the tip of the nail when I wanted the blue at the cuticle of the nail. She could have used nail polish but instead was using powder. I have had ombres before and none of them have been done how she did it. She pulled out a very light blue powder when I wanted a dark navy blue just like the picture. It was all going okay until we got to the color. I showed the lady the picture of what I wanted before she even did anything with my nails. I wanted a simple dark blue to white ombre nail. I went to Bliss Nails to get a rebase on my acrylic nails I had.
